Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

You can cancel your confirmed reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund (net of any payment-processor fees).

Cancellations within 24 hours

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.

For all bookig with "Signature Experience Package" option cancellations is possible within 12 hours Cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.
